Documents required to open a new Demat Account with United Bank of India:

• One recent passport size photograph
• Photocopy of PAN Card (both sides) in A4 size paper
• Photocopy of Address Proof (any on from the following) in A4 size paper
  • Electricity/BSNL Bill (current or previous 2 months)
  • Passport
  • Voter ID
  • Ration Card
  • Driving License
• Photocopy of Cover page of Pass Book and last page of Transaction Statement of Savings Bank A/c which shall be attached with the Demat A/c (in A4 size paper)
• One Non-Judicial Stamp paper to be purchased as per State Stamp Act either in personal name or in the name of United Bank of India.
• One Cancelled Cheque leaf of the said Savings bank A/c.
• Yearly maintenance charges for Rs. 225/- (for General) and Rs. 115/- (for UBI Staff/Ex-staff members).
• All other charges are applicable as per norms.

All related documents in Original are to be shown at the time of opening the A/c for verification and all A4 size photocopies must be self-attested.
